Bondeye Candy

Bondeye Candy began as an opportunity to showcase the surfing talent from Bondi to Maroubra through film. The focus of these surf videos is to capture not only the surfing but also the lifestyle of Sydney’s city beaches. Featured in the weekly video are surfers of all shapes and sizes, from ‘weekend warriors’ to the dedicated boys of Scum Valley. So get pumped, get out there and maybe we’ll be seeing you on here soon!

I originated from the Northern Beaches, Newport and hopped from Bondi to Bronte and then to the Gold Coast to study. I had previously studied archaeology at Sydney Uni and went to Queensland to learn about marketing and e-commerce. I spent some time living and working in San Diego before I came back to Bondi 3 years ago. I spent a lot of time surfing and I'm the 2009 Bondi Boardriders open champ. That was before I injured my knee. I didn't want to become a couch potato so I began filming. Shooting my friends out in the sun, I found I really enjoyed the whole process. I now film crew ripping around the beaches and create videos to showcase our local talent and to give people a chance to see themselves surf.
